Description

Summary Radius gauge for when you're modelling items in CAD and you need to check a corner radius or fillet radius. This radius gauge is modeled to exact size and does not take into account any shrinkage. For more accurate print you should print one at 100% first, then make the necessary adjustments in your slicing software to compensate. I've put the 6 and the 9 quite close to each other so that you can easily see which is which. Print Settings Printer Brand: Ultimaker Printer: Ultimaker 2 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.1 Infill: 50% Notes: Adjustments to scale maybe required for more accurate print.

Worked out reasonably, had a lot of trouble getting this one off the bed. Flashforge Finder, set to 0.12mm layer height, PLA, Hexagon 10% infill and 3 shells.

It can be quite a difficult thing to print, but hopefully you got a usable one off your machine eventually. At least it is quite quick to print, so you can experiment with various settings. Hope it proves to be useful and thanks for the feedback.
