Description

I needed a slightly larger 3dprinted ball bearing than i already have for a demo. There is a 0,3mm gap between the parts themselves and the custom support. Just print and remove support. Printed in ABS w 0,15mm layer height. Any issues scaling this up or down with the custom supports/gaps? I have been meaning to do this print for ages but haven't yet. Id like to scale it to fit my build plate perfectly.

Very nice design. Although I had to shrink it a wee bit to fit my print platform with a raft, it worked great. No problem at all with anything and supports came off clean and easy

Radial ball bearings are available in a huge variety of sizes, the most common ones are the 62x series or the lighter 6 #0 x ones, particularly the cheapest bearing of all, the 608 skateboard bearing with an 8mm inner diameter and the 623 and 624 bearings with 3 and 4mm inner diameters. Car Games
