Night fishing pole lights.

Description

These are long lasting pole lights for fishing at night. They work with a 9 volt battery which will give good light 24-7 for 6 weeks, meaning the lights will work for many many nights instead of the small pole lights with the $5.00 batteries that last about two nights. As you can see there is some work involved. You need to purchase 12 volt LED strip lights (Amazon is a good source), 5x10mm battery springs, (also Amazon), bell wire (any hobby store), good super glue, 1/8 x 3/4 inch pop rivets, and everything you need to solder small electronic parts. You will need a 1/8 inch drill bit to drill the spring bases to fit the rivets, then trim them narrow  and solder the springs back on. I have included to lights with long and short clips so you can put the light on either side of the pole. Just slide the light down the pole until it fits snug with the battery up or down, dealers choice.  I print the light upside down to get a cleaner edge on the battery clips, and they hold quite well, but if you are worried about it, just place a small rubber band around the clips and all is well.  This is my design, and I have caught many fish at night with it.  Have fun.
