"single use" Sun Pass Holder

this is a holder or placard for the sunshine state toll Pass sticker decal, that is meant for only one vehicle well i say nay, to that. all you got to do is get some suction cups i got mine off a soap dish from the dollartree  neck measuring 10mm and head 13mm on the attachment side.
