Description
This design of the Wind Waker Baton is hollow to add a circuit that plays the wind songs every time the tip of the baton faces upwards. The Adafruit Audio FX Mini Sound Board is used to add the sound effect. A detailed instruction for this project can be found in the Assembly Guide.pdf

- Tilt ball switch
- JST-PH 2-Pin SMT Right Angle Connector or use one end of a JST-PH Battery Extension Cable - 500mm
- Adafruit Micro Lipo - USB LiIon/LiPoly charger
Tools and Supplies
- solid core wire
- heat shrink tubing and insulation tape
- soldering iron and solder
- micro USB cable
- Wind Waker songs sound les
- hot glue and hot glue gun
- superglue or any other strong glue/epoxy you like
- 4 round magnets (3mm X 3mm X 6mm) (neodymium magnets with a grade N42 should be more than strong enough)
- sandpaper and/or files
- 3D printed Wind Waker parts
Print Settings
- All long parts are designed to fit diagonally inside a 150mmX150mm print bed
- Use 80%-100% infill for enough strength
- Support is needed for all parts except the staff halves
- Print slow and with small layer height (0.1mm) to achieve good detail and surface finish, especially if you do not want to post process the parts
