Penis moves up and down, and even curves, by pushing the rod in and out.
*This is done by gluing or melting a piece of filament (preferably a flexible filament like TPU, PLA can work too it's just stiffer) to the inside of the rod and inside the end of the penis guide hole (see image 5). This causes the hinges on the penis to rotate, seemingly giving it an erection. *Minimal supports (see print settings section)
Print with PLA, if you have any flexible filament like TPU use it for the pushing mechanism (see image 5).
*File "Torso": 0.2-0.25mm layer height works fine. Print on bottom (legs) preferably. Only requires supports on the balls and hook on the front of the model. The hole that goes through it is optional for supports worked fine for me. *File "Penis": 0.2mm or less layer height. Print on flat bottom. Only support on the bottom of the hinges, they are print-in-place, block every other support, including the hole that goes through the part. *File "Rod": any layer height, no supports, print on large, flat face.
