Quick access 'Harness' works with large/small phones with/without cases Adjustable 'Harness' keeps phone in place for bumpy trail rides Protective Pad for handlebar mount/rotation prevention; can be trimmed to size Protective Pad for phone contact surface; foam/neoprene/rubber can be added for increased "bounce" protection Simple M4 bolt/nut or zip-tie mounting options Zip-tie redundancy for filaments with poor layer adhesion properties; e.g. ASA
Sliding portions are angled at 55° and don't need supports Phone pad requires no supports Recommend: DO NOT use supports in the tunnels for the clamp and zip-tie, or any minor bridging
ASA is recommended for its UV resistance, Clamps can be printed with stronger filaments if desired
Harness-Large is for large phones with/without case, and small phones with case
Harness-Small is for small phones with no case
Stringing on Harness can be cleaned up with a dremel on a low setting and a sanding head
Remember to print 2x Ripcords
When securing mount to handlebar: press M4 nut into clamp, to help prevent it from rotating
When securing a phone in place: it helps to have one hand pulling the Ripcord while the other hand pinches the two tabs together.
To remove Harness from mount: use pliers at "cross-beams", then rotate, then pull out of slot
