Quick Lock Nut for Filament Box

This is an addon for the Filament Box I designed, available here: Instruction of Filament Box ANYBOX V2

These Quick Lock Nuts are used to secure the rolls on which the filament spools are guided. It's easy to click them on the M8 threaded rods of the spool holder. By turning the rolls can be clamped in the right position either one or two separated by a spacer. If you want to remove the nuts, just take a small slit screwdriver and open them by turning it in the separation slit.

On one side of the nut there is a little step to fit the inner ring of a standard 608 bearing.

I print it on a Prusa MK3S in PETG with 100% Infill (rectangular) and a layer height of 0.2 mm.

Attention: Only use in the Filament Box! Not designed to use in mechanical applications.

Diese Schnellspannmuttern dienen zur Sicherung der Rollen, auf denen die Filament-Spulen geführt werden. Diese lassen sich ganz einfach auf die M8-Gewindestangen des Spulenhalters klicken. Durch Drehen können die Rollen entweder einzeln oder jeweils zu zweit (durch ein Distanzstück getrennt) in der richtigen Position geklemmt werden. Will man die Muttern wieder entfernen, einfach einen kleinen Schlitzschraubenzieher nehmen und durch eine kleine Drehung im Trennschlitz der Mutter öffnen.

Auf einer Seite der Mutter befindet sich eine kleine Stufe, die auf den Innenring eines Standard 608 Kugellagers passt.

Ich drucke sie auf einem Prusa MK3S in PETG mit 100% Infill (rectangular) und einer Schichthöhe von 0.2 mm.

Achtung: Nur in der Filament Box verwenden! Nicht für den Einsatz in mechanischen Anwendungen ausgelegt.
