Quick change toilet paper holder for replacing older holders

Remix of the Minimalist quick change toilet paper holder.

This is meant to replace a toilet roll holder similar to the 8508b model Centura Toilet Paper Holder so that it can use the same holes and cover the area of the wall where the previous one was.  Who ever owned my house before me didn't paint under where the toilet roll holder was mounted.
