Looks like a cool concept, but I'm worried about the printability due to the very thin sections of the helmet. Do you have experience designing for 3D printing? I haven't checked out the file in more detail yet, but you'll want to make sure things are a few millimeters thick at least to have a higher chance of printing successfully.
