Earbud shell with support

I love the design of sneakypoo's Earbud holder but I don't like turning on support in my slicer. So I designed a modified version of the shell parts with built-in support flanges that can easily be trimmed off afterwards. This way you can print the shells with nice nubs without turning on support.
