Light accent for motorcycle fender

Description

Summary Hello, I designed this light accent to use it on my bike (Kawasaki Voyager) but you will be able to use on every kind of bike (with a HD style fender or custom style). You have to print the case with the material you like, but the file "guidaluce" has to be printed with a transparent orange (or red if you would like to use in the rear side). "guidaluce.stl" has to be printed in "spyralize the outer contour" and than cutted on his simmetry axel to create the two glasses (one for each side). I used FormFutura Dutch Orange PLA Premium and it looks very similar to the OEM position light. Inside you have one amber LED strip 1 cm high, the case has the hole to exit the wires. I suggest to use Epoxy bi-component glue to make the light case waterproof. Instructions You have to print the case with the material you like (black PLA than painted to protect it), but the file "guidaluce" has to be printed with a transparent orange (or red if you would like to use in the rear side) because it will be necessary to make the amber glasses. "guidaluce.stl" has to be printed in "spyralize the outer contour" and than cutted with a dremel along his simmetry axel to create the two "U" profile glasses (one for each side). I used FormFutura Dutch Orange PLA Premium and it looks very similar to the OEM position light. Inside you have one amber LED strip 1 cm high, the inner case has one specific hole in a corner to take off the wires. I suggest to use Epoxy bi-component glue to make the light case waterproof, putting it around the LED strip before to assemble the parts.
