Rain Chain Down Spout

Summary I've been experimenting with different gutter/chain interfaces. This version is the best so far. It seems to resist leaves and water attaches to the chain well. I expect I'll make a few more changes, but this one will probably be up for the winter. Please comment, especially if you see a way tom improve the design.
