Polyhedron arising from hyperbolic tessellation

Description

This gives the first polytope in an ideal tessellation arising from the action of SL2(Q(sqrt(-226))) on hyperbolic 3-space. It has been made spherically symmetric using an idea of Josh Inoue. The model shown is about 10cm wide printed on a Flashforge Finder.
