Description

a holder for DIY wheels for GX12/GX16 outputs- aviator pins basically. just hotglue it onto the back of your base wheel - and then you can add this type of output.

I had made a bunch of wheels with pre-existing usb outputs- etc but wanted to give it a more authentic look so designed this output holder. i think it looks compact and neat.

there are several variations for a larger gx12 and so on.  this fits my gx12- and screws in well- but for larger ones- just resize in your slicer or sand the hole - for gx16

make sure you have a easy to remove support with minimal percent- so you can pull it out easily.

flip or invert it /reverse it to suit how you want it to sit on your wheel.

also have included a 2 part version with a lid and base to allow easier access to wires, etc.

also included prototypes and variations of size and height.

Dynamic quality 0.16 or Standard 0.2 30-70% infill layers 4 walls 3-5 supports: yes

Use 150, 400, 600 then 1200 sandpaper And finally primer filler and paint !
