brock Collapsible Bread Slicing Guide

I make a lot of bread and while for the most part, they are boule and baguette-style loaves which lend themselves well to rough cuts, I recently started making Pullman-style loaves and it seems that nice uniform slices are needed for a classic sandwich. Or at least that was my excuse to design this collapsible and expandable bread slicing guide.
