it was great but the back gear gets kinda stuck so if any one prints this then they have to be careful how hard you twist the gear

The eye can get stuck because the printout can be a bit larger depending on your print resolution. try sanding down the eyelid with the holes (sand the pivot axis holes on both sides). This should relax the curve of the eyelid and allow it to slide more easily.
