Gear Globe / Maker Globe

How it was designed:

The placement and density of the gears was generated from a NASA image of lights on the earth at night. I used this light map as a base to generate where the highest density of Makers would be theoretically located. Every continent is connected to symbolize the unity of the maker movement.
