Description

Info:

A Mostly 3D printed CNC machine, easy to build extremely cheap but still very steardy, use it as a milling machine, laser cutter, engraver or 3D printer.

Can be built up to X1000xY1000mm. Most parts are 3D printed except the side brackets and spindle brackets to keep it strong and steardy (and they are also to big to print out for a small printer).

3D printing:________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

The 3D printer parts is smaller than 140x140 so you can use a cheap small 3d printer, almost all parts are printed with 15% infill and everything except the sliding tool block are printed in standard resolution (0,18)

The total print time for all parts was about 51 hour for the machine, and plus 14 hours for all holders for the cable chains.

Not 3D printed parts:______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

The side brackets and center tool holders are lasercut in 5mm acrylic (can be 5-10mm thick sides) and was ordered online at www.cotter.se , cheap and fast. (you can make the side brackets by hand)

And why print something if it's very cheap to buy, that's a motto i followed and used only common parts where it's possible, and all parts are ordered from www.aliexpress.com (or wish.com)

Included:___________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

A well illustrated pdf with everything you need to know is included, with tips and mounting descriptions in details. And many pictures to  show how to mount all parts.

Importent: The dxf file with the side brackets is not included here, becouse pinshape dont accept the file format. Contact me and a send you the dxf file.

This machine almost looks like topsies 3d printed cnc but thats far away from the truth, every single part in this machine is constructed and designed by an engineer, and every aspect in the built is considered and designed for strength and for 3D printing.

The total price for this built is around 150USD without the spindle motor/controller (i used a dremel to begun with)

contact information is included in the pdf if you have any problem ore suggestion, ideas and so on.
