Description

Summary A drain cover, with lip. After looking everywhere for the right size drain cover in the hardware and plumbing shops it was much easier to design and print one out myself. It is very effective in keeping the leaves out of my drain at the rear of the garage. The blue is also much better than boring old off white.

Instructions Not hard to produce, just set variables in openscad and print away. In the open scad file you can define variables such as the drain cover radius, depth, lip demensions and a number of other variables so you can make one thats a perect fit. Currently the STL file is set with a 40 mm radius and a 3 mm lip. Please note the drain cover radius refers to the overall dimensions. The radius of the part to be inserted into the drain is defined in openscad as (drain cover radius - lip).
