Summary This is the desk scotch dispenser I designed in 2006 Instructions This is the complete file, you have to print it and then fill it with something loud like sand or similar, to give stability. Use two screws to assemble the top and the bottom parts and recycle an old scotch cutter or use a thin slice of metal to create the cutting end.
