Summary The is a replacement mower knob handle I created for my Black and Decker rechargeable mower. Mine fell off and I did not notice it until the next pass on the yard when Clunk!, I ran over it. I have been limping along with a standard nut that keeps coming loose and requires a wrench to tighten so this was one of my first priorities when I got the 3D printer and modelling software. Two pictures show it in use on the mower and side by side with the original. I printed it at .15 layer but could easily be .2. I used 15% infill, plate temp 87 (Glass) and extruder temp 220. Print Settings Printer: FlashForge Creator Pro Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: .15-.2 Infill: 15% Notes: Supports make the interior nut area cleaner. It will print without the supports but it is not as nice on the finished product. If you are unable to print supports without using raft, I would skip the supports. The visible portion will look nicer and the sloppy part caused by the lack of support will all be internal and unseen.
