F-8 Crusader

A miniature model of the F-8 Crusader. The F-8 Crusader was a carrier born fighter that saw limited combat in Vietnam and support role in the first Gulf War. It was a superb dogfighter, though tricky to fly, and had several MiG kills in Vietnam. It was exported to France, and served for several decades in the French air Force, until it was replaced by the capable Rafale M.
