This is my tribute to all Klingon artifacts. It is a one handed bottle opener. 

This item is inspired by the many one handed bottle openers available in Thingiverse. I cannot say that any one design inspired this but rather all of them did. So to all the creators, thank you!

Being an avid Trekkie (of the old series) I just had to honor the Klingon legacy.

The device requires a small metal piece in the slot provided to work flawlessly - I suggest you decide what to use there but I have heard of people defacing a small coin to obtain the desired shape. Enjoy.

P.S. The device also makes a pretty good rubber band slingshot:) 

Ideally it can be made out of Aluminum with a CNC for best results but a 3D Printed PLA version also works very well. 

Caution - do not attempt to open twist top beer bottles with this device as it could place too much pressure on the slit and cause it to break.
