SOPORTE SUPERIOR DE BOBINA PARA ENDER 5, 5 PRO, 5 PLUS

Las impresoras Ender en todas sus variantes (5, 5 Pro, 5 Plus) vienen con el soporte de la bobina al lado derecho. Mis impresoras las converti de Bowdeen a Directas y tenia aun la bobina al costado generando mucha vibración. Así que diseñe una pieza para poder ponerle la bobina lo mas cerca posible del extrusor.

Esta pieza se coloca como se ve en las fotos y la bobina queda en la parte superior de la impresora. Las ventajas de esta disposicion son:

• Mejor distribucion del peso en la parte superior y no en un costado.
• Menos vibración.
• Ahorro en manguera de teflón.
• Menos fricción y menos esfuerzo por parte del extrusor en jalar el filamento.
• Menos espacio en los laterales, así se pueden colocar más juntas las impresoras.

Para el soporte avellanado:

-2 Pernos M5x20mm cabeza avellanada. -2 Pernos M5x25mm cabeza hexagonal -2 Tuercas M5.

Ender printers in all their variants (5, 5 Pro, 5 Plus) come with the roll holder on the right side. My printers were converted from Bowdeen to Direct and I still had the coil on the side generating a lot of vibration. So I designed a part so I could put the coil as close to the extruder as possible.

This piece is placed as seen in the photos and the coil is on top of the printer. The advantages of this arrangement are:

• Better weight distribution on the top and not on one side.
• Less vibration.
• Savings in Teflon hose.
• Less friction and less effort by the extruder to pull the filament.
• Less space on the sides, so the printers can be placed closer together.

-2 M5x20mm countersunk head bolts. -2 M5x25mm hex head bolts -2 M5 nuts.
