USB type B to GX16 adaptor box

This is just a simple box that can be used to convert a GX16 connector to regular USB. The idea behind the box can be seen on the diagram above. 

The Box uses a USB type B breakout board. 

There's 2 versions included. The first uses heat set inserts and for the second version the mounting holes has been made small enough for the bolts to cut their own threads.
