rigid.ink Print Contest

Submit pictures of your best 3D prints to win 1 of 15 rolls of rigid.ink PLA or Formlabs standard resin. The top print will take home a special roll of Carbonyte filament.   Carbonyte is a Carbon Nylon blended filament. It offers the highest strength of any FDM filament. It has incredible stiffness with durability and fantastic layer adhesion to keep your parts from cracking or breaking. We can’t wait to see your prints!

How To Enter

  1. Download a design from Pinshape.

  2. 3D print the design! 🎉

  3. Upload photos of your Print along with your print settings to Pinshape. Make sure to check a box on the upload form that says:

Rules & Eligibility

  1. Contestants can enter as many times as they want
  2. Prints can not have been entered into previous contests
  3. Each unique print uploaded to Pinshape counts as 1 entry
  4. Free shipping to North America and Europe only

    Complexity of Model - More complex prints get more points

  • 25 points

    Print Quality - The better the print turned out, the more points you’ll get

    Image Composition - Is the print presented creatively and beautifully?

Zachary Frew is the Community Manager for Formlabs and Pinshape and spends much of his time seeing both 3D printing’s most impressive creations and creative failures. His current interests include algorithmically generated design using tools like OpenSCAD and freeform sculpting with Zbrush.
