Though priced as an mid to upper end printer,  there is NO support.  NO EMAIL, NO PHONE, NO TECH SUPPORT!  There is no technical info that I can find online.  There is virtually no one on forums.  What info is outdated.  You can buy some parts online,  from Printrite web site. BUT they will not tell you were to buy replacement nozzles or who makes them.  They will sell a nozzle with a heat block, but only .04 nozzle.  I will say it can fully assembled, and construction is solid. The list price is 799 euros,  $749 on amazon,  I paid $300 on amazon sale.  Unless your an expert, DO NOT BUY THIS OR ANY COLIDO PRINTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
