Needs some TLC to really work, but can be excellent.

The original firmware was so buggy that you couldn't depend on the machine.  The updated version is much better but still has some quirks.  The original bed has deterioriated so we applied a PEI sheet to it.  Prints couldn't be removed.  Ours came pre-assembled but one leveling screw keeps popplng loose because the mount is upside down and the isolators are just press-fitted into the upper assembly.  This is definitely a machine for experienced users.

When it does print, it does a spectacular job!  I used it as part of a major PPE printing operation for the pandemic response using Matterhackers MH Build PETG.   It performed beautifully even though it needed a rebuild of the hot end assembly.  I have since done that so now I am getting good results from both extruders.

Customer service from this company is very good.  You actually talk to people who work with you to problem solve.
