Bad dysfunctional product, it is a wast of mony.  Succes rate of prints less than 30%. Made >100 prints folowed all instructions, helps and read all the forums, stil I have lots of half finished prints. Detail is not that great, printing at high resolution is unsatisfactory.  Printing on this printer is stressfull and disappointing. I regret buying this printer.

when it works it is good.  Never the quality of the sample they send.  It seems to work for a few prints then makes rubbish.  wasting resin running test prints.   The first one we bought worked for a bit then we had to send it back.  the second one worked for about 4 prints. then failure after failure. So it is boxed up and we will be getting our third.  We cannot buy an extended warranty as they do not sell that.   There is no policy to upgrade to a form2 which is what we wanted to start with but was not available.   I suspect the third time will be a  charm for about a week.  then back to test prints.  Have you checked the mirrors?  Really tired of that. Then they tell you to clean the galvo mirrors.   Good luck not really screwing that up.   Best to buy some fdm machine with cheap filament.  

Love it generaly, very easy to use. It seems to have weird bug sometime when its printing ''error message''. If you are good to design your own things, it's a very fun machine to use.
