I designed my own 3D printed phone stand!

It can be printed on the side without support, because of the 45° angles. The phone can be placed on the side and upright as well. The maximum possoble width of a device is 15mm with this mode. The width of the phone stand is 60mm.

If you want to use this phone stand outside, i recommend printing it in PETG or nGEN. PLA can deform when it's getting too hot in the sun!

My PLA Simplify3D print settings (±2.5 hours printing time):

- PLA - 1000mm/minute (16.7mm/second) - hotend 185°C | bed 55°C - 250 micron | infill 10% - 3 top layers | 3 bottom layers | 2 outline layers - brass nozzle 0.35mm - extrusion width 0.44mm - retraction 1.00mm - extrusion multiplier 0.90 - coasting 0.30mm - wipe distance off - fan 100%

- no support - speeds may vary due to different outline and layer speeds

My PETG Simplify3D print settings (±2.5 hours printing time):

- PETG - 3600mm/minute (60mm/second) - hotend 215°C | bed 70°C - 250 micron | infill 10% - 3 top layers | 3 bottom layers | 3 outline layers - brass nozzle 0.35mm - extrusion width 0.44mm - retraction 0.75mm - extrusion multiplier 0.95 - coasting 0.20mm - wipe distance off - fan 100%
