I designed my own fictive decorative twisted building!
Printing these twisted buildings in different scales and colors makes a nice variety .
How i made it: How i 3D printed it:
This building has thin walls, so that printing doesn't take too long. Only the top is massive with 45° corners to avoid drooping filament.
My PLA Simplify3D print settings:
- 3600mm/minute (60mm/second) - hotend 185°C | bed 55°C - 250 micron | infill 10% - 3 top layers | 3 bottom layers | 2 outline layers - brass nozzle 0.35mm - extrusion width 0.44mm - retraction 1.00mm - extrusion multiplier 0.95 - coasting 0.30mm - wipe distance off - fan 100% - no support needed
