Summary I created this flight controller (FC) adapter for my quadcopter build. My FC is a KK board from Hobbyking that has a 45mm hole spacing, but the frame I bought has a 30.5mm spacing for mounting the FC (it probably had an FC like a Naze32 in mind which I believe is pretty common). So all this does is convert the smaller hole spacing to a bigger spacing so I can use my KK board and not have to ziptie it or put it in a different location. Hardware: 30.5mm hole spacing screws - standard M3 screws or smaller maybe, I just used what came with my frame. Sorry I can't be more specific. 45mm hole spacing screws - I used a thread forming M3 screw that I already had and it works great, but other M3's might work just fine. If there is a big interest/desire, I can do a version with threads maybe. Just let me know. Sorry it is hard to see in the picture, I should have printed it in a different color. But, it works great and holds the FC securely. Print Settings Printer Brand: MakerBot Printer: MakerBot Replicator Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 25% Notes: I did a higher resolution because it is a small part and I wanted the holes to be more accurate. I also did a higher infill to ensure smooth top surfaces. Raft depends on your printer. I used ABS because that is what I have.
