Summary
My roommate is going camping and has 4 strings of solar powered LED strips that he's going to hang in his EZ-Up so instead of zip ties, I figured I could make him a replacement that snaps onto the leg's themselves.
Fit's perfect! Nice tight grip on the rails, and the pull tabs really do help to remove!
I didn't add the small detent as the solar panels are very light and don't need much force to stay held in place with the supplied hardware, and at 0.2 it probably wouldn't have made much of a difference anyways.

I printed this with 5 walls to make sure the hole's and straight walls were basically 100% infilled as they are designed to flex. Supports are needed but came away just fine in my case.
