Summary
I've printed a few part fan's for the E3D-V6 so far, but this is the first that looks worthy and will stand the test of time! Strong where it needs to be, and the clip holds great.
I just had a problem with the angle of the blower fan (and the removal of the screw tab) on the original, and hate having to use hot glue on a project, especially so close to hot parts.
So I threw it in tinkercad and made the changes I felt were needed.
Ended up really loving how well it fit and turned out, and will get some photo's of it mounted once I've had some sleep :)
Enjoy!
Edit 04-25-17 - Finally mounted and have used it for a few prints, works and fit's everything great! Photos added.

Printed with 4 walls, and a 50% grid infill, which honestly, there's not a lot of on this model, making it a very strong but plastic conservative print.
Also you WILL need to at least print with support touching the build surface. Clean up is minimal and at least with the support cura 2.4 provides works great.
