The case has main part and the cap which is tighten to the main part with single 2mm screw. You can add some glue to corners if the cap doesn't snap perfectly to the main part. The PCB has inside rails and FR-4 thickness should fit fine.
Please note that this interface doesn't fit without a bus expansion (e.g. http://divide.cz/index.php?y=rozdvojka.en) to any newer version of ZX Spectrum (+, 128k, +2/2A/3) because of the design of PCB. CPLD socket and PS/2 connector are colliding with the case of a computer.
