The controller seems to be readily available on ebay e.g. item 280913522973. The Openscad code from Scanners Sparkfun enclosure was modified to change parameters for the size and add a lid. The external lugs were also re-orientated to avoid being overshadowed by the potentiometer control knob: The pictures shows an earlier version with the lugs in the wrong orientation. Some self-amalgamating tape was used as a seal around the potentiometer control opening to reduce the ingress of water. The wiring openings were enlarged afterwards with a diamond file to allow for larger than expected diameter wiring. Seperate STL files for the box and lid are given as they may be too big to fit on a makerbot build platform in one go.
