Godrej Properties built a fancy apartment block called Godrej MSR City. You can find it in the Devanahalli neighbourhood of Bangalore. The first part of the project includes 1,961 flats spread out over 62 acres. The flats will be built over five years, beginning in April 2025. It will be possible for the owners to move in after March 2030. RERA and all other necessary approvals have now been given to the project.
