I'm a Set Designer, currently retired. I've designed scenery and lights on university and professional stages, taught both subjects at Florida International University, designed sets for national and international TV commercials, novellas and game shows and the the Univision TV network, founded and co-owned Propmasters Miami inc., Miami's largest scenic studio, for 25 years, and done a stint as Scientific Illustrator at the Smithsonian Museum of Natural History in Washington DC. I started with 3D printing in 2011 on a Makerbot Thing-O-Matic built from a kit. I now enjoy designing solutions to everyday problems in the CAD program VectorWorks, printing them out on my Robo3D R1+ and my Artillery Sidewinder X1, and sharing them on the web.
