Element Counseling - I follow an eclectic approach, pulling from various evidence-based methods and over 11 years of experience. I’ve worked in community mental health, homeless outreach and private practice settings and all have shaped who I am as a therapist as well as a person. I’m passionate about working with individuals who are navigating life’s challenges and transitions.
