Stellabillerey

Stella is a Senior Occupational Therapist at the NHS in London. She specialises in trauma-informed care for acute mental health patients. In addition to her primary role, she's skilled in yoga, somatic movement, and meditation, which she has taught since 2017. Stella identifies as neurodivergent and queer, and her personal journey overcoming addiction fuels her passion.
