This is a very simple spool holder designed for 3D printers built with a frame made with aluminum profiles measuring 30 x 30 mm, such as ANET AM8, Prusa Clone, etc.
The idea is to build a very simple but functional spool holder, consisting of a few pieces, stable, safe and easy to install on your printer.
The model has been designed for aluminum profiles measuring 30 x 30 mm with 8 mm groove, but can be scaled and used on standard commercial sizes (20x20, 40x40, 20x40, etc.).
The printable kit consists of 4 parts:
1) Base
2) Shaft
3) Spool Plate
4) Spool
The following commercial parts are needed to complete the assembly:
1 x Bearing 604ZZ
1 x Nut M4
1 x Srew M4
1 X washwer Ø4
Printer settings:
Infill: 20%
Solid infill: (Top and Bottom): 3 layers 20%
