RC Radio Wheel Adapter (Futaba, Airtronics Sanwa M17)

These are adapters for Surface RC radios to allow you to use various RC wheels with 12mm hex to your liking. Tested on more current Futaba and Sanwa/Airtronics radio releases like the Futaba 4PV and Sanwa M17. Designed to accommodate deeper offset wheels.  I personally like using them with Tamiya 10th Scale Mini Cooper Wheels and tires with a firm foam insert. Just a little wider than the stock steering wheel that comes with. And with real rubber tires, it feels good on the fingers. Other wheels you can use will depend on your preference and not all will fit. A longer M3 screw preferably with a button head and a washer will be needed to secure wheel with the adapter.
