this is a valve so your gutter vertical garden will fill and drain automatically
Decant water into the top gutter , this then filles and automatically into the one bellow , this then dose the same and so it will go all the way down till it them runs into a container at the bottom.
you will need some 9mm pipe and a 22mm hole saw
