Vanquish VS4-10 Pro Roll Bar

I've designed a Roll Bar to fit the Vanquish VS4-10 Pro Half Cab Body, It is a simple install but will require a bit of drilling.

The 2 base plates have 2 x 2.5mm holes in them already, These are the holes the roll bar itself mounts to, but first are used to align the plates and drill the holes needed, 

You need to remove the 3 screws from each side of the shell that hold the interior part in place, i then used the middle screw to temporarily mount the printed plate so it was held in place, then you need to drill the remaining 2 x 2,5mm holes for the mounting screws (i used some countersunk screws and a countersink tool to give a clean look), fit the 2 screws in the holes you just drilled to mount the plate and remove the first temporary screw.

Next you need to drill the 2 holes (the ones that were already in the plates) that mount the actual roll bar to the plate using a 3mm drill bit.

To mount the roll bar you first need to attach the roll bar to the side bars using 2 M3 x 12mm screws, Then you simply mount the roll bar to the shell using 2 M3 x 12mm screws for the front mount and 2 M3 x 10mm screws for the rear mounts, Job Done

You could if you wanted glue the parts together for a bit more strength as well as screwing them but i left them just screwed together so if i ever break a part i can just print a new one and screw it on
