HUBSAN ZINO - Gimbal flight and parking protection

After designing and printing the flight protection for the gimbal, I realized that mounting and unmounting it was a bit awkward.

The flight protection keeps the gimbal safe from any direct impacts (the gimbal is really very exposed to shocks and is also very delicate).

The next idea was to modify the flight protection to be able to accommodate also a parking support that would allow both to put the gimbal in safety and to insert the Zino in the original bag.

All this can be done without ever removing the gimbal's flight protection.

In practice, it is now possible to remove the Zino from the bag, remove the parking cover and fly.

Believe me that the final product is the result of tens of hours of design, 3D modeling and even hours and hours of printing. Everything to get to the current result

Dopo aver disegnato e stampato la protezione di volo per il gimbal, mi sono reso conto che montarla e smontarla era un po' scomodo.

La protezione di volo mantiene il gimbal al sicuro da eventuali impatti diretti (il gimbal è davvero molto esposto agli urti ed è anche molto delicato).

L'idea successiva è stata di modificare la protezione di volo per poter accogliere anche una supporto di parcheggio che permettesse sia di mettere il gimbal in sicurezza che di inserire lo Zino nella borsa originale.

Tutta questa operazione può essere eseguita senza mai smontare la protezione di volo del gimbal.

In pratica, ora si può togliere lo Zino dalla borsa, sfilare la protezione di parcheggio e volare.

Credetemi che il prodotto finale è il frutto di decine di ore di disegno, modellazione al cad 3D ea anche di ore ed ore di stampa. Tutto per arrivare al risultato attuale.
