Speaker Enclosure with Baffles for 4" Speaker

Speaker Enclosure with baffles for 4" Speaker needs full support which can be a pain to remove. Takes almost a kilo of filament and is 160mm high. My printer has weak, normal and strong infill settings and I used normal. My print bed is 200mm in diameter so a square about 150mm on a side will do for a rectangular print bed. I added some polyfil between the baffles and notched the enclosure on the bottom rear, on the side that is open, for the wire. I used 18 guage zip cord. The stuff that comes with the speaker is a bit small in my opinion, and certainly too short. I cut off the connectors and soldered the wire to the tabs. The speakers I used were JBL GT7-4 with a continuous power rating of 20 watts. The amp should be at least 15 watts for good results unless you don't like volume. I like to normally run at half volume to minimize distortion. I think they sound pretty good for a 4" speaker.
