A twisting tower standing on a very unnatural hill. You can print the tower and the base separately, or whole thing at once. Either way no supports are necessary. I would recommend printing the tower slower and with lower layer height. Also for the stairs it's recommended to use higher infill to support the steps, and/or many top layers.
My print with 15% infill and 4 top layers had some small gaps.
