Here are my take on some cosplay Wolverine claws (Logan style).  I've been looking to create some Logan claws, just in case I decide to go as Old Man Logan this year, but could not find exactly what I was looking for.   Other claws that I have found were either unfinished or too long for my printer.   So I created my own claws: double bladed, come in 2 pieces with pins to align them when putting them together, and a simple handle.  Depending on the size of your hands, you can scale them all up or down to fit you better.

There are 3 different claws: A, B, C.  These go from pointer to pinky.  Why 3?  Well I didn't want any gaps between the claw and my knuckles, so I tweaked each claw to fit better.  I have also angled the notches in the handle so that the blades will splay a bit.  Looks cooler and easier to get your knuckles into the claw assembly.  

As you can see in the picture, I covered the handle with black gaffers tape: one to hide it, and two to soak up some of the sweat from wearing them for a while.  Let me know if you have any questions.
