This set of eating utensils allows its user to have a better hold on their tableware. The ring slides into the slot on each utensil and can lock in place but still be able to rotate to suit whatever dining style is desired. This product is intended for astronauts wanting to eat with something other than a spoon; the ring prevents the utensils from flying away. However, the concept also works for those without fine motor control, as the ring keeps the utensil in the user's hand on Earth as well. This design was originally submitted for the Space Design Contest.
